AA Cargo Logistics has the expertise that allows us to prepare and process the documentation and perform related activities pertaining to international shipments. Some of the typical information reviewed by AA Cargo Logistics is the commercial invoice, shipper’s export declaration, bill of lading and other documents required by the carrier or country of export, import, or transshipment.  Much of this information is now processed in a paperless environment to help with the conservation of our earth.

What We Do

We are a Freight Forwarding company which is also known as a third party logistics provider. As a third party provider we dispatch shipments via carriers and book or otherwise arrange space for those shipments. Carrier types included are airplanes, trucks or railroads.

Our Staff

All our staff has been screened and approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in order to work in our facilities and comply with the highest standards in the industry. 

Insurance

AA Cargo Logistics wants to make sure that your shipment arrives at its destination the same way it was originated.  Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee any mishaps from happening along the way.  For this reason, we offer our customers an optional insurance coverage with A++ insurance companies.  AA Cargo Logistics’ innovative cargo insurance and loss prevention solution not only protects your goods during transit, they help you safely navigate the rough waters of today's global shipping industry, from ship to shore, warehouse-to-warehouse, door-to-door.  The cargo insurance covers loss and/or damage during the movement of cargo from one point to another. Shipment coverage can be by air or inland. Policies are tailored to suit individual shipper’s needs. 

Security

Our secured facility is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We have a security system that is constantly recording all events in 45 day cycles with high definition cameras and controlled access.  Our security system provides audio and visual recording in the interior and exterior of the building.  This has enabled AA Cargo Logistics to be one of the most secured businesses in the industry.
AA Cargo Logistics also provides escort services from our warehouse to the port as an additional security measure.  Our security personnel will certify that your shipment is delivered to the port securely and as received for our customers peace of mind.

Hazardous Material Shipments

AA Cargo Logistics is committed to safely transporting your 49 CFR and IATA compliant hazardous material shipments.  We have trained and certified our staff to handle all compliant hazardous material shipments to satisfy all regulations as well as our customers.  We offer state-of-the-art technology, personalized customer support, and a comprehensive portfolio of services.

49 CFR and IATA regulations describe the responsibilities of all U.S. shippers of hazardous materials. Compliance with these federal Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) are mandatory, and everyone directly or indirectly involved with hazardous materials is subject to these regulations. Violators face considerable civil or criminal penalties (see 49 CFR 107; subpart D, for baseline civil penalties and fines).
